The weekday translation and opening hours can be changed under Appearance → Customize → Opening Hours

To display the opening hours on your website you can use the “QT: Opening Hours” widget. This widget will show the opening hours added to the customizer by default. There are cases to you need to show different opening hours (e.g. multiple locations). Remove the opening hours form the customizer and add them to the widget fields instead.
