Display Conditions control where a Header or Footer template appears on the website.
Common options
- Entire Website displays the template everywhere.
- Front Page displays it only on the homepage.
- Blog Page displays it on the posts page.
- All Pages displays it on WordPress pages.
- All Posts displays it on blog posts.
- All Archives displays it on archive pages, such as category or author archives.
- Search Results displays it on the search results page.
- 404 Page displays it on the not found page.
Target specific pages or posts
- Select Select Pages / Posts in Display Conditions.
- Search for the page or post by title.
- Click the result to add it.
- Update or publish the template.
Exclude pages or posts
When using a broad rule such as Entire Website, All Pages, or All Posts, you can exclude individual pages or posts.
- Find Exclude Specific Pages / Posts.
- Search for the page or post you want to exclude.
- Click the result to add it.
- Update the template.
Exclusions always win. For example, a Header set to Entire Website will still be hidden on any page added to Exclude Specific Pages / Posts.
