Header Template

A Header template replaces your theme’s normal site header. Use it for the top area of the website, such as your logo, main menu, search button, contact button, or other navigation elements.

How to set it up

  1. In WordPress, go to Appearance → Qreative Header Footer Designer → Add New.
  2. Add a clear title, for example Main Header.
  3. In Template Type, choose Header.
  4. Keep Template Status set to Active.
  5. Choose where the header should appear in Display Conditions. For a site-wide header, choose Entire Website.
  6. Click Publish.
  7. Click Edit with Elementor and build the header layout.

Optional: make the header sticky

If you want the header to stay visible while visitors scroll, enable Sticky Header in the Header Behavior section, then update the template.

Good to know

  • If more than one active Header template matches the same page, the template with the higher Priority number is used.
  • Use Exclude Specific Pages / Posts when the header should appear across a broad area, but not on certain pages.
  • The included Elementor widgets, such as Qreative: Site Logo, Qreative: Menu, and Qreative: Search Overlay, are useful for header layouts.
