The Site Logo widget displays the logo assigned to your WordPress site.
Use this widget when you are building a custom header and want to show the site logo without uploading or selecting the image again inside Elementor.
The logo is taken from the default logo setting of the theme (if the theme used the default logo control of the customizer), mostly this logo setting can be found anywhere within the customizer under Appearance → Customize.
How To Use:
- Edit your header template with Elementor.
- Add the QT: Site Logo widget.
- Choose the logo size and alignment.
- Optionally add a link, such as the homepage URL.
- Save the template.
- Logo Link
You can choose where the logo should link to.
Common options:
- Homepage
- Custom URL
- No link
Most websites link the logo back to the homepage, which is the recommended default.
When No Logo Is Set
If no site logo is configured in WordPress, the widget may show a placeholder or fallback message while editing.
You can also upload an image directly in the widget that will be used as logo image.
Tips
Use an SVG or high-quality PNG logo when possible. For headers, keep the logo file lightweight so the page loads quickly.
If your logo looks too large or too small, adjust the width setting inside the widget instead of editing the image file itself.
