By default the theme use the Contact Form 7 plugin for all contact forms. All forms can be added to a page by using the unique form shortcode that is visible under the “Contact” admin tab. This is also the location where you can add or change all forms.

The Contact Form 7 plugin is not required. If you prefer using another contact form plugin feel free to use it.
