The icon box widget is very straightforward to use, simply add the icon, title and text.

If you want to link the icon box to a page add the full url at the link option (e.g. https://yourdomain.com).

You can also use skype: or tel: or mailto: for different link purposes (skype link, phone number link, email address link)
