By default the theme use the Contact Form 7 plugin for all contact forms. All forms can be added to a page by using the unique form shortcode that is visible under the “Contact” admin tab (see screenshot below), or by adding the “QT: Contact Form 7” widget in Elementor Page Builder.

Contact Form 7 is not required. If you prefer to use another contact form plugin, feel free to use that one.
